On the treadmill

When...running on a treadmill at the gym. I'm not a fan of running, usually I really struggle through it. But today I was looking out at the Space Needle through the window in Seattle and was halfway through my run before I really even noticed. Thanks God.

I love the sport, and flag football, even though a very different game than tackle, allows me to get outside, enjoy the weather, and compete (and score a touchdown) in the game I love.
